We are geared toward children ages 5-12. (Campers must be potty trained and be 5 by May 2025.)
We have a maximum number of 20 campers. One full time lead counselor and 1-2 part-time counselors.
A backpack with your snack, lunch, and full water bottle. A change of clothes.
We believe there is no bad weather. Only bad attire. We will have camp rain or shine and will make the call regarding inclement weather.
We will be outdoors 95% of the time at camp. Even in the rain/sleet/snow! Please dress your camper weather appropriate. Layers and water proof clothing are best. Closed toed shoes are required. We will wade in the creeks exploring so creek tolerant shoes are best.
We aim to accommodate individual needs as much as possible. However, please note that due to the physical demands, terrain, and the pace of our camp programming (which takes place mainly outdoors in all weather conditions), our environment may not be suitable for every child's needs. We encourage you to contact us if your child has specific requirements.
Respect for our fellow campers, counselors, and forest/farm animals is paramount. There will be zero tolerance on bullying or unkind treatment of our animals. The ability to follow and respect this is a must.
We have several creeks that run through our 10 acres. Although, once referred to as a "river" by a past camper, our deepest creek is ankle deep.
